Elisabeth Garbeil is the owner and principal of EFG Consulting. She has been a manager for over 20 years and a project manager for 15. She has a BA and MBA from Wayne State University, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is currently enrolled in the Accomplishment Coaching Coach Training Program. She has attended many leadership training programs, including the Center for Creative Leadership's Leadership Development Program, UMT's Communications and Soft Skills, Kerzner on Best Practices in Project Management, Skillpath's Coaching Skills for Supervisors and ESI's Project Management, Leadership and Communications.

She most recently left her job as IT Director, Corporate Applications for Lafarge Corporation to open EFG Consulting. She just recently began speaking of herself in the third person after her son turned two years old. She is based in the Detroit, Michigan area.
